If it's for a single man set up and that's all your gonna carry then like us a Citroen nemo ticks the boxes. Be prepared for all the payload specialists to shoot you down tho!!!!!

I have a new berlingo with a 450 tank. It's a 2 man set up but if I'm being honest it's not great working with 2, a touch cramped. Only use it as a 2 man occasionally though.

It pulls the 450 litres no problems, great little van.

have had  vw caddy  with flat tank for over 4 years with no issues, if i was going with upright tank i would go lwb  connect as it offers slightly more space.

Is the connects not serious heavy on diesel? I know of 3 people who have had them 05 and 07 and they couldn't keep diesel in them at all

i have a connect t230 LWB with a 500L tank.I put in £60 a month  diesel.it pulls really well even first thing in the morning with a full tank.i do very little mileage though so fuel costs not an issue for me.
price higher/work harder!

Hi
What year/engine has your van?

It's a 64 plate, brand new, it's tge 1.6d engine, enterprise model so slightly upgraded brakes and suspension I beleive.

It really pulls 450 litres no problem at all, a very comfortable drive too.

45 mpg over the 5000 miles it has done so far.

How can a 64 plate be 2 years old? It can be 6 months old maximum.

If, when you get a van, you need all the gear (plus spares)to kit it out I have everything you need inc a quality 450l black baffled tank and frame. I have everything apart from the R.O.  I want to sell as a package and will put on the site at the weekend if I have time. I have now given up window cleaning.Tel 07900 175355 if interested.
