I have changed the handle on mine to a standard moerman  composite handle.
In my opinion the handle they supply it with is terrible.

Only just tried mine out on my downstairs windows.
First impressions: I was getting drag with the Moerman rubber (fair enough that I hadn't given it much time to bed in).
So as I ordered some of the red (facelift?) rubbers I switched to that and found it better.
Also I would of liked to order a 12" channel as that is what I prefer to use but  14" was the closet available so I've cut the channel down to 12" with the hacksaw.
12" seems much better now for fanning standard size domestic windows (just my preference).
Thoughts: It does do what it says on the tin (less detailing), but I need more time to see if I will eventually prefer it to using the Wagtail.
I reckon the rubbers probably won't last as long, although I will continue to use the red facelift  or unger hard rubbers with it.
I bought the Unger ergotec handle with it but personally find it feels slightly too light and flimsy.

I have tried them but sent them back poor. Prefer the facelift red.

I think I have got Daz syndrome  ;D

Been out with the liquidator again doing a very big house inside and it was brilliant...definitely cuts down on the detailing...I think they take a bit of getting used too but I will be sticking with mine :)

I've been asked by WCW to give a review of the ones I bought.

Unlikely because they are out of stock and haven't sent them yet.  ::)roll

Yay!! as if by magic my two channels arrived!

Jesus!  ??? I don't know what the knack is but they don't work for me yet  ???
Rubber drags about like it's got glue on it, won't turn won't fan. Swapped rubber for a facelift red - not a huge improvement.

In my opinion, and I'm very much a newbie when it comes to trad - but I think they've concentrated so hard at trying to get it into the edges that it's dog eared too much.
Going to cut some Unger hard and try that. At the moment I feel like hurling it up the garden.

Don't work for me either and I do lots of traditional work so thought these would be really good but like you said drag loads and do eared to much brought 6 channels and just sat in the van glove box after 15 mins of getting them the same week they went on sale.

I've been playing with them on the insides now for about an hour. The 14" with Moerman rubber is starting to work now. Rubber doesn't work well with GG4 and trips when cutting in. The 18" is still pretty useless to be honest - seems to lift off the glass in the middle and just won't turn. Maybe the caps soften up in time but at the moment I've chucked £25 down the pan as my old dogeared S channels are 100% better.

Oh dear , it's not easy to innovate a product . But you would of thought the rubbers would of been better
