not tried this myself as I don't have a flat tank http://www.horizonleisure.co.uk/whale-non-return-valve-plastic.html?___store=default
I have a 350 upright with no air lock issues and a 210 flat which is a complete pain. Dose anyone have the same issue with their flat tanks. I hang the hose out on to the ground until water flows then connect to the pump, although I have wasted at times 20-30 minutes going back and forward trying to resolve it. For now the tank has been removed!

The upright 350 has no issues and I actually drove upto stirling one day last year and bought another pump and controller to rule out that it wasn't the pump. I can use the two tanks at times when I need to get the work done so would like to solve the problem
