advice

I started a small pressure washing business last year and up until now I have just been serving domestic customers but recently I carried out a few jobs for a couple who it turned out both own separate companies. they have asked if I would be interested in a regular cleaning contract on 2 of their business premises however they have asked for risk assessment and method statements something I do not have. how do I go about getting these? and is their any other documents or courses that mite be useful ? sorry if I sound like an idiot, still new to this game and commercial contracts was not something i ever anticipated coming along so soon. any advice would be great. I am still using quite a small van with a 600 litre water tank and a 15lpm machine so far I have got by fine with this but how do you charge businesses ? is it much the same as domestic or more lucrative? I really am out of my depth here aren't I?? p.s I am in northern Ireland so not even sure all rules and regulations are the same.
