Would you want to put a ladder up 3-4 floors and climb over to clean the door?
I know I wouldn't.

All the blocks of flats I clean with balconies I do not climb over and clean and I have not been asked to.This is for health and safety reasons.

Same as CGH for me.
Clean what's accessible.
If you want a bit of extra work, knock the block and say you'll clean the outside of the Juliet doors from inside if they pay for a full internal clean.

^^ Agree.

A company cleans a block of flats near us with 6 floors and glass panels in front of the opening french doors. He only cleans the top of the doors above the glass panels and the owner/tenant has to clean the bottom from inside.
