Getting into encap lately but only tried Dynamall and Fusion Clean.
Are there any other products you would recommend on domestics?

Dry Fusion
Texatherm
Craftex Catalyst
Surround
Releasit
Environ
Rotobrite 2
Procaps
My "No Name" Encap

There are no specific domestic products other than Dry Fusion and Texatherm (not polymer encaps like above). Most are intended for commercial but many use them for LM on domestics.

No name is something we have had produced.

It has residual protector levels the same as 20% of a dedicated protector application.

Has a really good deodoriser/perfume built in.

Its currently unavailable as we tweak the next batch slightly.

Its mainly for gravity fed or cimex machines as like most other encaps it does give you that irritating cough when sprayed too fine.

No.

It doesnt have peroxide and is on the alkaline side of the scale so that it can have a higher polymer concentration.

Are you saying this new product of yours Jamie is more of a maintenance cleaner. Most of the work we do is one off cleans, so the client is looking for clean appearance instantly.
David.
ps have been impressed with the results and fragrance of Cimex encap product, but its not cheap.

Russ chadd did a video when he cleaned an office carpet with heavy soiling and coffee stains galore, he applied a peroxide encap to coffee stains first then went on with I think ds2.

Always had good results on coffee stains with no name encap, as you will be aware coffee spills in offices are abundant, I think were some people go wrong when using encap is to assume that putting some more solution down is the answer, when in fact if you omit putting solution directly onto the stain but put the solution around the stain and then dry passes over the stain working the already laid solution, the results will be much better.

Simply putting more solution down over any problem area is not the answer, but more passes will do the job, using pads on l/p will also give superior results to brushes imo.

As mentioned above.

A lot of the time coffee can come out just with regular encapsulation products.

Those that dont I find a post treatment when dry with a peroxide encap or even Chemspec Browning Treatment is enough.

Is it any more economical?

I find encap quite expensive when used at the right dilution rate (not what's on the bottle)

I did a big commercial a while back and used £150 worth of encap.

Around 30 lts of encap give or take ,

How much did you earn  for that ? how long did it take you ?

I would have thought AT LEAST  500 sq mtr for 5 litre  used with a minimum charge of £1.00 per sq mtre done in under 2 hours !!!

How is that expensive ?

So for a £500 job and you use £50 of encap? that's 10% of the job value. Yes I'd say thats expensive.
