Hi, just wondering if anyone has tried this pointing gun, also called the GroutMaster on Screwfix? I am always a bit weary of tools and gadgets, however this looks quite good.

Yip used that one, mortar mix has to be right otherwise you get problems.
Ok for pointing slabs, but best stick to the traditional way for brickwork.
Durgan 45 has the same issues.

We have tried similar products in the past as mentioned biggest problem is loading them, really need to use a slurry mix.
Ground worker I know use's them, uses a funnel arrangement on a tripod, loads them straight from mixer.
I prefer traditional using std mix
