Training programme almost ready!
« on: March 02, 2015, 06:20:45 pm »
We are about to launch our conservatory roof training programme. An Instructor has been appointed to lead this month long course. It's been a long time coming and has taken nearly twenty four hours to put together. Finally, we can announce that the certificates are rolling off the printer as we speak. I'm so excited by this development it now means that our industry can be recognised as a fully qualified, certificated health and safety aware workforce.
The qualification is called a C.O.N - this stands for Certificate Of Non-essentialproficiency.
All of us can now become C.O.N men in our field.

Prices to be announced later this week - we expect this course to be fully booked.

All comments taken on board. I have a meeting today with our NVQ liaison officer - we will see if the course can be modified.

Be sure to cover safety footwear. Perhaps a brand comparison of Kappa v Adidas v Puma safety wear. And which gloves to evaluate before wearing none at all.  ;D
