This was the last one I did, it was a radiator leak that smelled really bad, the decided to  have the full room underlay replace as I was already pulling back the carpet.

I charged them £230 which included the underlay and the carpet cleaned, I think it was slightly under priced

Mike you are now talking about water damage remedial work. I thought the op wanted someone to recommend a carpet deodorant

I was answering Lewis question about multiple stains and replacing underlay, which is why I gave My closest  example as  an informative answer,  not like I just popped in and Reccomended something totally unapplicable that would not touch the urine he asked asked about :)
