I do a bit of business with them sometimes but I'm local to them.
Are you ringing their 0800 number?
I don't always get through first time.  I think the call is forwarded through to a mobile and the person I deal with works it in with the other bits of her life.
Maybe leave a message on the voicemail with your number.
I haven't tried emailing them.
I bought a TDS meter and bag of resin from them only a week ago so they're definitely trading.

Indeed - they are from there.
As you probably gathered, it's not a situation where someone is in an office full time.
They live maybe 4-5 miles from the actual trading address.  If you want something, you usually need to make contact and arrange meet someone at the place in Charlwood.  As I only live a mile or so from them, I usually collect small bits from the house; it's easier for both parties.
I've no idea what arrangements they have for fitting systems.
