have it for nearly 2 years, very good machine, but need to know that it is 2x6.6 which prooved to be a joke for some, kind of lottery with this engines, had to replace one engine months ego while the other one still works. this is parallel machine, good for me as i have it mounted on the van, if you are typican porty user then you might look after engines in series, enforcer if geting good opinions here all the time.

Had mine for 3 years now and it has proved to a very reliable and powerful machine.  After 2 and half years constant use i had to  replace pump head and had my first vac go on me about a month ago, just short of 3 years.  I also have an a twin vac 130psi machine as a back up and for flats and awkward jobs and although that is a great little machine it does not compare with this beast ;D

Richard i thought the storm would be much heavier than my pro, its not that much heavier, i could still carry the storm upstairs if i needed to,
but id rather not, id rather run the long hose length which is why i bought it........... looks great, seems to perform really really well, doing a four bedroom house tomorrow, cant wait!!!

I have dragged mine up to second floor flats before :).  I only have 75 feet of hose and that has been enough for most jobs, sometimes had to think creatively and put hoses out of upstairs windows!

You won't be disappointed Tim, enjoy your job tomorrow and be amazed.  Not sure of your exact model you had before but if it was a twin vac you will recover a lot more water and leave the carpets a lot drier.

yep twin vac basic model mate.............     did my hallway today to get to know the new machine and was amazed how it just kept sucking up water..........
very impressed so far, but tomorrow is the big test for me............ looks great, and really good solid build quality as well........
time will tell!

I can also vouch for this machine. Had mine just over 2 years. Had second vac go after about a year and replaced pump head this Jan after a service but never let me down other than that. Also had it up second floor apartments. I'm not really a DIY person but very easy to get into if you need.

safe to say, i love the storm, its a joy to use...........  four bedroom house, cleaned much faster/easier and dry when i left, machine stayed on driveway, very very happy.....
other machines may be just as powerful if not more powerful, but im happy with it.

no i didnt to be honest, couldnt find much out about it on the websitwe either, i spent ages reading and researching machines, narrowed it down to the enforcer/jag/storm.
then the jag/storm, main reason i went for the strom was the fact i have bough an airflex before, and also the fact cleansmart is only half an hour from me. after using the storm i believe i made the right call, its awesome.............
