Can't believe it

Had 6x 25 litre empty drums pinched from my front garden ... Buggers .... Hope it was kids ...

They've been there full of water for ages , and then I used them all .
Then as they were empty , pinched .

Need about 6 for carrying extra water ....

Never mind only empty barrels

You get some right c***s around, have to watch your tools carefully.
Had a ladder stolen off my van last year in the middle of the day, whilst I was at the back of house cleaning a conservatory. I was feffing fuming..
Kempy can you buy 25litre barrels anywhere other then online, like b&q etc?
I want to get a couple myself, for those days where I need that little bit of extra water.

I always watch out for those scrap metal people driving around  as they more than once tried to nick my step ladder even though I was working just a few yards away!!!

I was using my new Purefreedom trolley in 2008. The trolley was at the front of the house and I had the hose extended around the back of the house. I felt a tugging on the hose so I went to the front and some blokes in a scrap van were trying to lift it on the truck. Ffs.

Each Friday I do a pile of shops and there's one road where I do 11. At the 9th I get a free coffee which I put on a flat bit next to the windscreen wipers and then do the last 2 which are next to where I park the van.

Last Friday someone nicked my coffee so I went and got another one. When I get back to the van the empty take away cup is sitting there with a note underneath it saying 'thanks'.  :-\

That is funny, Ross.
Do it again, but add a dash of something 'special'

That was the first time that's happened. I've got a feeling it was someone in one of the shops having a laugh because I doubt if a member of the public would nick a coffee, stand around for 15 minutes and drink it, wait for me to go and get another one and just happen to have a pen and a bit of paper.

I'll wait and see if it happens again.... if it does, what to add the week after? Cayenne maybe?

Was thinking more along the lines of a bodily fluid.
But hey, be mature about if you like. ;D
