BB .. brilliant brodex
« on: February 20, 2015, 06:56:06 pm »
well that's my 3 year warranty with brodex finished , and they have been brilliant from day one , everything they told me has been true , the 3 year warranty does actually exist , the system is that good that I don't have many problems but when I do I ring up , book in and it has always been sorted free of charge except one time when I didn't actually book in because my reading had shot up suddenly so john told me to come up that day where my filters were changed free of charge and my resin was changed [ only had to pay half price for that ] I know a lot of you on here make your own systems very well , but for someone like me who just wants to work with out any fuss or hastle then its got to be brodex ,my warranty actualy ran out last week and I thought I would be a bit cheeky and try to get my manifolds changed as part of warranty , and guess what I rang john , sorry paul mad busy this week but will extend your warranty an extra week , so popped down today got all my fittings changed , then I mentioned my spare pump wasn't working so manuel changed that for me also free of charge , I also needed a few brass fittings as well but when I went to pay mike he said don't worry mate .... really amazing customer service , cant fault them , and I just thought it would be nice to come on here and let others know , so if like me you don't know much about static tanks or cant tell your DI FROM YOUR RO then go to brodex and let them do it all ,then drive off and clean windows it really is that simple , thanx john , mike manuel and the rest of the team , you got yourself a very happy custy here  ;D ;D ;D ;D
the more flyers i post , the luckier i seem to get ...

It's good to hear, Brodex don't usually get a good response from many on here- I don't think anyone could complain with that kind of service.

Very interesting - tonight I just fitted my flojet from wcw after being told last year by Brodex that I had no pump warranty or any warranty other than for the moulded tank - I muddled along after fixing a couple of problems on both my pumps (non return valve seals - which Brodex were not able to help with) before eventually getting the new one - which is a massive improvement.
I have changed all filters and baulked at Brodex's off-putting prices for consumables...
but they have never made mention of such generous offers to replace... even at a discount...
Tomorrow I am replacing the "water in" port connector which I discussed with Brodex before Christmas...again, not a hint of help
Now here's the punchline... my Brodex system is 3 years old in April!

I too have a van mounted Brodex system and its just coming up to five years old. Not gone wrong much apart from a few pin hole leaks in the pipes, I get regular phone calls to check if it's still running fine. Always had a good service from them. There not perfect but neither am I!

Well done Brodex.  I do prefer kit where I can maintain things myself rather than there being sealed units that look like the innards of the space shuttle.  But for people who prefer the installer to sort it out, that sounds like great aftercare.  It's nice to hear something positive.

still running brodex sysytem after 8 years. everything fine, can sort everything out myself anyroad as everything is easy to get at. only thing going wrong now is pump controller, have to have it flat out for it to work properly.

Would start from scratch myself these days but the brodex system has more than paid for itself, However the trolly was crap and well overpriced.

I also have a van mounted Brodex system, which I bought second hand all in with the van 2 1/2 years ago,
I must say I'm very pleased with it with no issues so far touchwood.

 Best regards

Have Brodex, was in van when I bought it a couple of years ago.   It is great.

Just about to add a system to another van and am seriously considering a new Brodex.  One off putter for me is the distance, that said I notice The Cleaning Warehouse sell them, and they're on my doorstep.
