Oh gosh, there was loads, here's one http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=192726.0this was the first one http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=192411.0I don't have any conclusive proof it's any better than pure water alone, it just seems better to me, doesn't spot and haven't yet found any negatives at all. Seems to thin the water down and break the surface tension.Certainly leaves the glass with a shine.ps. I'm not competing against Vision at all - there's nothing in it for me. Just had some GG4 already and thought I'd experiment a bit.
It's in my nature to investigate lol.
I did think about it. I think there's loads of products that would have similar properties.I chose GG4 because it was designed for cleaning windows and the manufacturers were contactable by email - they say it can be used for wfp. They also claim it has an ingredient that eliminates calcium spottingIf it all went tits up I could discuss it with them and find out why, or simply stop using it and keep it for trad.
I'm more than happy with just "pure"- works for me!! One thing that has been established though via these "vision" threads is the staggering amount of people who seemingly suffer from spotting issues on a regular basis! I would advise more focus on technique &/or more suitable tools to begin with!
