Back to a CLX
« on: February 18, 2015, 05:21:06 pm »
I've had someone working with me for 6 weeks sharing between us an 18 & 25 SLX. Today we had 6 townhouses side by side so I dug out a CLX 27. Jeez. Useless at scrubbing 2nd floor as it's too whippy. I couldn't get any pressure on it at all.

That's because you've been using an slx for so long your muscles have wasted away ;D

It's like an upside down pendulum swinging from side to side. And that was with an Extreme brush! It really made me appreciate the SLX.

It wasn't the weight really. Honest guv. It was how floppy it is compared to an SLX. I don't think I really appreciated how good a carbon pole is when I bought one. It's only when you have to go back that you appreciate it. God knows what my original XTEL would feel like. That went to the tip.
