Job in Coalville help please
« on: February 18, 2015, 10:23:18 am »
Hi
We are undertaking a build clean in Coalville and have run into a couple of issues. When we quoted the job I worked out that we could reach the 3rd floor windows at a push. We arrived to do the clean and they have put a 10 foot fence up around the building  :(. It now means that we can't get the angle to clean the top of the second floor and all of the 3rd. Furthermore we are struggling to clean the windows in the internal stair well. I have photos if anyone can help me out!
Thanks
Tim

Put it back to the builder. You quoted the building 'as seen' therefore they will need to provide powered access to the problem windows.

Can't you do the windows from the inside and reach out?

What's on the other side of the fence?
Can you stand behind it and clean with a longer pole?

Hi guys
Yes I could but my biggest pole doesn't reach so was hoping someone could help out and clean the top row for me and then have big enough ladders to do the internal part (needs triple extension). Tried phoning all local window cleaners but they are all just was pole people now and won't climb a ladder ::)roll. Really need a someone who has all the gear for going up 3 stories with a harness etc. anyone know someone around Leicestershire?

I've got a 12 foot triple but no harness if you wanna borrow it.
I ain't going up her though.  ;D

I've got an 80' pole.

How much work is it?
How long will it take?
When's it got to be done by?
