What's the best capert cleaning machine for about a £1000 or do you need to spend more,I'm a window cleaner which is my main trade but have done a few carpets using rug doctor which I know is a very average machine, just wanting to go to the next level in carpet cleaning

If you want to go to the next level, book yourself on a training course and forget all about Rug Doctors and  £1,000 machines and get some proper gear.

Stephen

For your needs any 135 psi twin vac will do no need for training just get a cc off here to take you out and for a side line that would be fine .
I'm sure you will only shrink the odd carpet and have a few odour problems but don't worry about it it's only about one a month . You will lose the odd window clean but that dosent matter there is loads more out there .

Only kidding get training a great investment and peace of mind  , the machine is right though as a min

Make sure you get treatment Risk Insurance probably cost about £400

So set up costs with Training machine insurance are going to be close to £2000 minimum and then you really need £5000 for Advertising Vat etc

Plus you need Chemicals £400

Spend an extra £3000 on Machine

Just seen a prochem steempro go for £840 on eBay with a host of chemical, new vacs and serviced, keep an eye out for the odd bargain. It's a good machine, ( go for the twin vac ), you can spend £1000's but the machine will only be as good as its operator

Plus very poor comment on your side.
Hope my spamming now and my english is not too bad.

Radek, my comment about spamming in a foreign language is due  to Her being in Spain and the single almost irrelevant comments on posts which always include a link.

Stop being such a victim, not every comment is racist :P

Back to original question, Would agree with Simons advice. You do not get good training for free and there are a lot on here who think they are experts, but do not even know enough to understand how little they know. Find the right way to go and do things then you will be a better judge of what is a good carpet cleaner and what is not.

Interesting, this is my old mans site, albeit a letter is wrong, it would appear his SEO/webdesigner is farming out the SEO to a foreign whoever.
