Butchers shop

Been asked to clean an old butchers shop prior to it being let out again - not sure if it will still be butchers. This is not my usual line of work (pressure washing) and was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice. If it is not an area that can be mainly hosed down I will probably walk away.
