Mk 4 Golf  1.4 match it is the second one I've owned first was the 1.9 tdi
The best Golf so far although the current ones may also be as bullet proof

Mike - the Capri cost me a grand in 1999, if it was in really good nick now it'd be worth 3 to 5 times that...but it isn't. It's probably worth a twentieth of a new Mondeo It's just an old car that I'm fond of because it makes me happy and there really isn't enough of that in the World.

I use the pickup for work   multi purpose, i love it, its my baby lol. Its not showing off. I love to see what people are doing with their money on here. Whats wrong with sharing with others? Work hard and you get nice things...if you didnt...whats the point in working!

It's not an indicator though is it?  My mate use to love his cars and he had a brand new TVR.  It was lovely; no door handles - you pushed a button under the wing mirror and the door clicked open 'space ship' style.  Inside was like being in the cockpit of some fighter jet.

But he was skint.
