wfp leaving wall wet
« on: February 13, 2015, 11:32:02 am »
hi I've just cleaned a new custy house a couple of days ago using wfp.
He just got back to me to cancel complaining that the wall was left wet and that it might cause dampness. First time I've had just complaint!
has it ever happened to you?
Thanks

I'd like to give potential customers IQ tests before I add them to my round.

The only way to get rid of these people is for the government to turn off all power and fuel/gas. After 14 days, turn it all back on, and the herd will have been trimmed. All these idiots will have died.

This forum's membership would be drastically reduced too, but maybe that's a bonus.  ;)

I suppose the customer could be gently and politely be reminded that outside walls of houses are usually designed to keep the water out with persuasive words like 'your a thick moronic idiot'.

I just dump customers like that without an explanation as I've found that they often let these weird ideas fester in their tiny brains before allowing it to resurface at the next clean. Then after a while you find yourself not wanting to do their windows anyway because of the repeated original complaint.

I agree with Cozy, it's time to trim the herd.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

First week out with it. I "soaked" a metal table which gets wet anyway.

He cancelled and said "It's not personal enough" My mate who was helping me said " I will get personal with ya missus again if you want " He said it under his breath but the chap bloody heard it. If i had the balls i would have filmed it. I park nowhere NEAR his house now lol Chased him for around 10 minutes through the village. Got a phone call and picked my mate up which felt like miles away. I had to drive past the bloke who was walking back to his house.

What an idiotic thing for your mate to say, I assume you sacked him?
