get a clx 27 a few more quid granted but u can do virtually any height domestic window with them , they are what we use for pretty much everything, wont need to buy another pole til it wears out , £187 + VAT

The brush head swivels as you twist the pole. Takes some getting used to. I would have it as basic as possible to start with
