Hi Bill,

The attached pictures should help.

These are a great idea, but I'd be wary about ground clearance, this is based on my experience with hose ports that got wiped out on a kerb, perhaps punted through the bumper ?

I would love to do that on my van but the spare wheel underneath would defeat the benefit of using a roller and I don't fancy cutting a hole in the back door

[GQC] Tim put this up on here a while back of the second van that he did.

This is a valid point.

I think that the Grippa setup with the lastest Transit runs the hose to the side and so the location of the spare wheel isn't affected.

Removing the spare and replacing it with a puncture repair canister isn't something I would recommend or do.

That's how I did it on my Transit custom
so far no issues with ground clearance but I understand the point

This is correct Spruce.

The Transit, Vivaro, & Transporter can all be setup this way with spare wheel left in tact. In fact, i believe all of our roller setups have left the spare wheel in place.

Spare wheel in place.

Spare wheel carriage would bottom out BEFORE brackets are hit.

300 degrees plus of movement on each one.

Once Grippa have installed my first electric reel, i will do a video.

Grippa,

ive already been looking at getting these though your website, do you have the dimensions of the different sizes of both the roller guides you do because it has been tripping me a bit up with what size to order,
