hi guys,
been asked to clean a tiled pedestrian walk-way in a shopping area (see photos)
it's got plenty of gum on it but that's not a problem, just wandering what chemicals you might use
im thinking TFR or a weak mix of hypo, any advice would be helpful,

TFR or any high alkali, mono or deck scrub and rinse off. Easy job

As BDCS said. Brush some TFR on and jet it off. If you have heat (for the chewing gum) even better, although not needed.

Those tiles are Porcelain and the only effective way of cleaning them properly is with a Mono Rotary Machine fitted with a soft to medium brush, Heavy Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner and Honing Powder and then seal them afterwards.  No pressure washer or FSC whether hot or cold will bring the tiles and grout up as well as the Mono Machine.  If they only want a quick clean and they are not bothered about the grout then PW/FSC will be fine

thanks for the advice guys, it's a public walkway so they will be happy with just a good scrub up.
