Hi i was just wondering if anyone has a standard letter they send out to customer if they cancel?

I am trying to set up some templates but would be interested in seeing what others do?

Do you send out a different letter if your customer is moving to tell them the areas you clean?

If anyone is interested in seeing my "finished" products let me know

but as i said i would be interested to see others standards.

If they move they move.9 times out of ten you end up cleaning for the the new tenants so you havent really lost a customer through moving
