   I dont know how they managed to get it that dirty , it was quite a nice house .  A bunch of teenage kids and a cocker spaniel i suppose .

Then i had the teenage girls rooms , every dot makeup :/

 I use Chemspecs HD Soil lifter its good stuff, although I mainly use it on upholstery

To HDS  and the spitfire stuff ?  
The Prochem seems to be a blend of surfactant with propanol added  ...
The spitfire is a surfactant blend with the butyl glycol added
The HDSL is mainly a blend of about four solvents

* actually the HDSL is three solvents and a surfactant .
