Does anyone have a contract they get their employees to sign outlining their terms and conditions? Or is there a generic one that could be used?

We adapted a generic one, just altered it to suit window cleaning where required.

Contract of employment is pretty standard across the board, needs to be fair and reasonable, disciplinary procedures set up, any carried out ie.. Verbal then written warnings etc...
