Help needed please.

I've got a white tiled floor in my en suite bathroom with white grout. The grout is brown in some places and does not respond to bleaching. What's the best way to clean the grout?

if bleach doesn't do the trick then ripping it out and starting again or one of those grout whitening pens might do the trick

I have recently invested in a steam cleaner, if you use flash with bleach, then leave on for a min or so, then blast with the cleaner, job done.

Best investment I have made so far with the business, so much time saved and a fab detailed clean.

we don't use for regs but one off and end of tenancy they are fantastic.

We are all still here, and from what i have read, going from strength to strength. 

With regards to the grout, the grouting pens are quite good, or perhaps a white marker pen  (do not try this at home folks)

I used to work for a very large well know DIY centre and have picked up some very good hints and tips, the grout pen being one of them.

I also used to work for a large diy company. Th grout pens are excellent, but you cant beat a steamer.

People often refer to pressure washers, as a steam cleaner. But the steam cleaning mentioned, will in fact be a vapour steam application.

We have used these on many occasions, and cant speak highly enough of their performance. They work by penetrating right into the porous surfaces, that would be missed, via a chemical based approach initially. They really cant be beaten, for the deepness, with which they clean.

Have to agree with the steam option - it does the best job and does not affect natural stone tiles as chemicals would.
