Still have a problem with one of the pumps in the van, it seems a lot slower than pump 1 and sometimes dribbles out of the brushes. I've got a dripping from the manifold plate where the hose reel plugs in will this be causing my problem drawing in air???

If the connection/manifold plate is after the pump then no, that leaking will not be the cause of the problem.
Do you have in line filters between the tank and pumps ? if yes check they are not blocked, if no that may be a possible cause.

It's after the pump and a short 2ft hose in the tank to the pumps
