Hiya mate I had a go with my new nilfisk today and i gotta say I'm really happy with it, was wondering how do you clean the flexible pipe out at the end? I hoovered up some water out of a bucket and it flushed them rite out, is it safe to do this tho? Literally hoovering water up out a bucket? It was only about 5litres just enough to flush the pipe.
Cheers. Dean

Yes that's fine I normally stick the nozzle in the bucket and clean the poles out too..
The only bad part ive found using this vac is the filters don't last and create a barrier reducing power. A few pages back on gutter cleaning there are links to filters to buy which might help u get the best from this vac.

I too use the nilfisk and considering making a cyclone to enhance suction power take a look on You tube they use them in WOOD WORK SHOPS. Cyclone unit such more constantly than a vac and never suction even when they fill up. I have already changed the way the hose inters the vac to creates a swirling effect.

The 30t is only classed as a semi professional vac but I'd like to see these upgrades being done to a vac. The attix range (attix50) are meant to be more recommended but I don't see what extra's you get for the money, there must be something because it's over twice the price.

The thing to look at with vacs is the suction specs , so many just go by wattage which is pointless .
The 30t has similar suction to some of the 2400 watt vacs that are lots more money .
