I did what a load of ball cocks went to the first course i booked on arrival but was told I needed ..............safety boots, hi viz, fall arrest harness lanyard and hard hat. so rebooked course another 130.00 did the training and waited and waited  for the card
after 3 phone calls I got no photo card.
 lost out on a job it turns out the course was run by facelift the cards were sent to xyz and lost so yet another 27 squid for a card  the course was run by facelift so the moral of the story cut out the middle man and book with facelift direct
