I'm looking to get a slip/card made for late payers just to send out to them to remind them. Does anyone have any templates or wordings i can use? Also looking to put some prices up in the new year,does anyone have any old price increase letters so i can get some ideas please :-)

I actually find as far as reminders go if u take a mobile number I send all mine reminders for payment on a Saturday morning that pay online .my customers get till the Sunday to pay for that week and there now well trained lol as far as increase not goes just look online and download a free one something basic print of cut them up and pop in an envelope or make one up on vista print

like the system ... if you clean on Friday does that mean they get a text the next day to remind them to pay ?

I've got mobiles for most customers but still get the odd one who still hasn't paid a week later even after a reminder by text message and that's after a month of not paying(so 5 weeks by now).

The thing is you don't want to threaten anything cos some of these custies generally pay in the end but they just keep forgetting etc. I guess i could give it another few days and send a second message but it's quite annoying having to chase money.

text reminder after 14 days without payment for BACS customers.easy with cleaner planner as it tells you the age of debt on the debtlists page.

price increase?i either tell them face to face a month or two in advance,text them or write on their invoice.simple.
