Lee's post was removed promoting his Forum or Facebook group.

Lee says he does pay to advertise. Lee does pay to advertise his MGWC, and maybe he's paid to promote his window cleaning magazine. Did he pay to promote his Facebook page? I've no idea, its confusing isn't it? Especially as Lee's OP says 3.7K posts on CIU when he's refering to comments on a Facebook group. I can see why you think its cryptic. Its simple really, if you're keeping up with whats happening (i don't mean that in a rude way to you BTW). Looks like Lee has his eye on the ball too !!! Doesn't know where he is !! :-)

Hi, I didn't read any of your post but I think I get a feel of what you're driving at. A competition on our Facebook Group hit 3.7k in 3 days. The article celebrated that with the how and why which was essentially a competition. We featured an interview of the winner and an interview with the the makers of Power Up.

Tosh, just to clarify you quoted somebody talking about a WCM Forum I do own but have not done anything with that I acquired with the Guild.
The person mentioned that because they know I have not done anything with it yet.

So I can see why you got confused as that comment was not related to my original topic.

Why might people be peed off?

It was alleged on here that the f/b page he ran got a little out of order, which may have hacked people off.  I wouldn't know for sure but it may have peed people off.

I once suggested that he should review a pole in his magazine rather than just reprinting the manufacturer's PR as though it was unbiased.  In return for suggesting that he banned me from his magazine.  I don't feel that my life's significantly more empty as a result.  Sadly, I wasn't peed off, just amused.
