Hi Jouk,
personally i can`t see the point of a fixed gooseneck,i like to adjust the angle of my brush when cleaning at different heights and when closer or futher  away,i use an extension on my adjustable necks they are fitted to all my brushes as standard and come in very handy for reaching over deep sills,Gaz  ;)

I have a gardeners 30ft pole with their alu gooseneck, found it to be just fine in use, no probs with sills yet ( I've only had it 3wks ) i think the deepest sill i've used it on was about 9" deep 3rd floor, had no probs even though i was only 6ft out from the wall, it looked like it would cope easily with 12" sills if you stand a bit further out.

Forgot to mention, if you look on their site it says that the alu gooseneck is actually lighter than the standard plastic adjustable adaptor.

ok thanks gaz,  tim., but i realy like the idea of gaz brush  with angle  adaptor and  swivel,   combine the two and gives you a lot more flexability. see gaz i do know was best lol, minds made up, call you soon gaz.

I use the Ali goose neck on Gardiner's 30', have done for 3 months now absolutely great and thinking of one for the 40' pole too, and yes it is lighter than the plastic one , and it actually strengthens the very end of your pole too so a winner all round for me

Hi,

Gaz,  Include one of the angle adapters with my order thats if it fits the Unger pole that you know I will be using. Email me the cost & I will send a cheque as before. Also if you do some sort of clip to keep the hose that you are supplying me to the outside pole please supply.

Hi Kev,i have actually got an Unger adjustable neck that i don`t use and i would reccomend some pieces of velcro if you are keeping the hose on the outside of the pole,Gaz
