There seems to be no information about how this "Guild" is run. Lee Burbidge referes to himself as "the owner". Doesn't seem like the idea of a Guild to me. Wouldn't touch it with an Ionics pole !!! 

And i don't understand all them long established cleaners offering free and half price cleans ? I can understand new cleaners doing that. Looks like a race to the bottom to me, never mind raising the Proffesion.

You might have a long wait, I've noticed that lee, who normally loves to publicize himself, goes very quiet when asked awkward questions.

Why knock  Lee because he makes videos ? Is that what you're saying , is there more to it ? As far as i see no ones knocking his videos, well apart from the screeching sound at the beginning, what is it you're trying to say ?

When Nat ran the Master Guild of Window Cleaners, I was a member, Nothing wrong with that!

Customers liked the badge and since you had a "New Badge" each year it proved you were up to date and valued your commitment to your profession!

I stopped when someone (Not a customer) pointed out, in order to be a "Master" you had to have students/disciples!

oh! and someone thought it was a joke... After putting him straight, he still went off laughing!

It was a good idea!
Not for me though as there is just me now, I work alone with a small customer base!

You should have stated the "master" is the guild, not the member. It's not a guild of master window cleaners but a master guild of window cleaners.

Bob, i'm not a big fan of Lee. But if you're going to post summat up about him, do some homework and try and get it right. You're posting the name "Burbridge", Lee's name is "Burbidge" . They're different. You should check this out really before you post it up. We should all be able to critiscise people or open them to scrutiny, but lets get it right eh ?

its not my comment,  it what  was on the fb page and thats why i apologised for any misunderstanding, (Burbridge-Burbidge) im not criticising lee at all but he has taken a lot of stick over the MGWC both on here and on FB and then someone was indicating his brother ripped him off for canvassing? so yes it may be incorrect......Thats why it was more question orientated  eh?

You shouldn't post it up without knowing the facts, its just gossip rumour,like you say "its not your comment", but you produced it here. You can't call people then apologise, it doesnlt work like that. You do have some sort of responsability, even legally to make sure what you post is correct. And people say there's no smoke without fire etc... Get it right Bob, unsubstansiated rumours from Facebook are pants. Here's another orientated question (and probably an example of why we shouldn't do them)...........i've heard from my customers there's a window cleaner operating around Cheshire/Ellsmere Port areas, ex gas fitter, chats to young girls and trys to get them in his van ? You heard this too Bob ? I'm not saying its true, i'm just relaying what i heard.
