One asked me today if I could do theirs ... offered him a pen and paper to write his name, address and telephone number down and I would give him a quote for regular work in the New Year ...... what a surprise, he only wanted a 'one off' for Xmas, that's why I fob everyone off to the New Year and if they are genuine then that's a bonus as I have loyalty to my regular customers first  One off's get charged double but in December, not a chance!

Are windies unique in taking such delight at dumping customers? Wonder if other trades / businesses are the same? Do we hate our custies or the job?

I quite like my job and quite like my customers ... until they become an ex customer or set themselves on the rocky road to being an ex customer then have no time for them at all.
