I have one,love it.Great on residential.
pros.
Cleans great on trashed carpet
light,easy carry it upstairs.
Brush head cleans good on small commercials
 Negatives
Built quality, think i am on 2nd of everything on the machine
Not really build for large commercial jobs, motor to small.

I recently got a good SH 360i and on the right surface it is useful tool but you will probably not use it as much as you think you will - they are awkward things to move around and you have a leccy cord hassle of course and so on smaller jobs you will only break it out on real mingers - I am sure there will be days to come when I say I would not be without it - I have the DHX as well and tbh it is not streets ahead of that although def better on some surfaces but the dhx cleans in a different way (it has two motors of course so maybe there is more cleaning power applied - I am probably going to get a new four swoop glide head as I read on the US forum that this transforms the 360i into a very, very useful tool (eternal optimist me). The other thing is you need to get used to it as the first few times I used it it gave my back real strain-ache - then I seemed to adapt to its use more and its easier now - if you have used a rotary it will respond to the same sort of movements you learnt when you first used them - just my views
