Yep it's a pressure washer, the big shiney top pipe is a wood burning stove insulated chimney for the diesel burner.

The interior looks like a spray on finish like Speedliner (about £ 400 ) which can be hosed out. Ideal for surfing / windsurfing vans that need the salt hosed out of them.
