when you gets a bacs payment with no customer ref number off invoice, no address but just a surname which happens to prob be the other partner whose name you dont have coz there not married  ::)roll ::)roll ::)roll

yep its happened to me a few times.ive found out who they are and put their name in their address so i know next time they pay online.i even put PLEASE PUT YOUR FIRST LINE OF ADDRESS IN THE REF SECTION on my invoices/slips. ::)roll

Get some labels printed stating the way want to be paid. You can even state no name and address will be be treated as none payment.

Just have each customer at a 1 price difference ie 15.03

I've actually received payments that have "Window cleaning" as the reference :)
