How much would I need to give Mr Gardiner for a suitable pole.
It drops off at the back so add another floor.

Drops down at the back?
I think 60' would be tight.
Why not buy a 47' extreme and 6 HS extensions. Keep them all wrapped up until you're on site, unwrap them and use as many as you need. Send back the ones you don't use...

it's part of next years plan to target these types of buildings through factors (who personally I can't stand) so as I've only got 30ft experience I'll need to do my homework on it.

Done a calculation at 57ft to the top frame from the ground on the right hand side of photo.
So?

That's the difference between me and a experienced professional! :D
That's what my previous worker was good at when pricing the pressure washing jobs, I'd be out with the tape measure 10 mins later I would calculate £5.00 more than he estimated. All those fivers add up though ;D

Now 5 flats on each floor with the higher side (out of view to left of building) only having a couple of windows and the other out of sight having the same as what you can see on the left. What's the estimated price for a factor.
All sensible answers appreciated as this is something I haven't approached before.

Spend the money on a load of gear. It's Friday tomorrow, it will be more fun. Also if you have some extra cash get a brass or two.

Lol. Glad you took that the way I meant it.
I don't like talking prices on the forum tbh. It's incendiary either way.
And even talking time, it's very difficult to tell you how long it'd take you.
I know how long it'd take me, but that has no bearing on you.
I'm happy to have a chat with you if that'd help bud.
My number is on my website.
If you don't want to, no worries.
All the best either way.
