Connects are good vans, they don't really rust, the cam let is every 100,000 or 10 years, so check to make sure it has been done, if not knock some money off and get is replaced ASAP, they don't cost much on the connect, £150 ish.

I sold mine when it was 10 years old, 120k no rust, even driving around now old connects don't suffer with rust , they may be old and crappy , but not rusty. transits are a different kettle of fish, they rust terribly.

There are some good once out there
and Lee GLS there is a 05 plate transit connect t230 parked next door to my unit which has just had both sills replaced so dont tell me connects do not rust
Show me a rusty connect !
