« on: December 02, 2014, 05:28:29 pm »
i know this topic comes round regular and after reading a few posts thru the
search - i thought, be quicker to just ask  :)

for those of you who employ, after initial application forms and interviews etc.

what sort of work trial do you ask for ?
how long ? and paid or un-paid ?

thanks...

You can have someone on a years probation and Fire them for anything during that period.

I would always pay people for their time. Even if they only lady a day you should still pay them, out of order not to. Obviously paying them minimum wage initially.
