Hypo would shift that. There would be a massive difference, even if the tile still had some black (carbon) staining on them. you wouldn't need to use acid as the customer would be happy with the result.
In terms of cost. Depending how far out the job was, say within 10 miles and just that job alone about £60.
If you're gonna use hypo, see if they want the mossy areas of the tarmac cleaning, otherwise your hypo is gonna run down and soak up in that moss. How would you do it?Personally I would do it off a ladder to save the hassle of a tower.
