Hi, the reason we don't have a landline is we cover a large area that has 3 different area codes,
have had a land line number in the past but it puts people off calling if your in the other area code,
have thought about 0800 number but cant make my mind up ?

It jumps about a bit in that it mentions other services etc.. too much then comes back to window cleaning - If I was a potential customer I probably wouldn't watch the whole thing.

I think it should be 30 seconds long and not 1 min 30 sec.

Also the woman's voice is a bit monotone throughout the video.

I'm not having a go... Just a bit of constructive criticism.

Agreed...also cant you use a pic of your actual van instead of a stock pic with what looks like youve used microsoft paint and slapped "norman and son" on side.

Thought the voice over was very good..could do with a little
condensing down but one  of the better vids I have seen on here

The video looks good, the only think I would say is your YouTube account has other videos and you've liked music videos or other accounts. I think it looks more like a personal account with a business video on there and might make your company look more like a "one man band". Nothing against that as I know a lot of people like the personal touch and to think their dealing with a person rather than a big company. I see it all the time on Facebook business accounts where the owners put photos of their children on there or how proud they are of them

Some are just horrific lol
