Re: not taking on any new work until new year!

Fobbed a newbie off at twice the going price today as I knew he was wasting my time and only wants Xmas clean early. Look after regulars this time of year. Genuine ones will wait....if not, tough and good riddance, sorts out the messers.

December is the worst month for this, I took four newbies on today they are small semi's and easy money plus I know they
had a window cleaner who quit last month.
But I don't normally bother for the reasons you give.

Gary that's cool if you can do them sort of hours and take a month off
Have you not got a mortgage as living itself is quite a lot of money especially if it's like me whom dines out a lot and eats cavier and drinks the best bubbly he he lol !!!!
Good luck to ya mate

Keep up Danny.

Three things that Gary like to drop into his posts at any given opportunity:-

1- he works part time (by choice)

2- he doesn't have a mortgage (they are for mugs)

3- he doesn't work in January (prefers to **** ladyboys)
"....and it's lend me ten pounds, I'll buy you a drink, and mother wake me early in the morning."

Like dannymac I do a fair bit of commercial and December happens to be the month all my bi monthly's are due.
With lost day due to Christmas Day and Boxing Day December is going to be hectic.
I. Don't take on much new work through the year anyway so December is a definite no,no.
