Can You Get New Customers Sign A Contract?
« on: November 18, 2014, 09:30:55 pm »
As title. When a customer says monthly or every 6 weeks can you get them to sign something to keep them on board? Im getting a few people saying leave it until spring!

Cheers,

I fail to see any point, how would you hold them to it?

I think you'd struggle on residentials

It's just the internet. Try not to worry.

You can get them to sign whatever you want.

Good luck going to court to enforce that £15 per month breach of contract though.

I find charging x2 or x3 for first cleans is a better option to cover yourself.
