Weve lifted a std house brick with ours
Quote from: Chris Cottrell on November 18, 2014, 06:27:55 pmWeve lifted a std house brick with oursthats enough 😄 What diameter vac cuff fits it I currently have 51mm cuff
If it's the one Eastern Trading used to sell then I've got one 38mm inlet. They did adapt them to 51mm for their own gutter cleaning package. Works OK but just too big and poorly balanced for me (as most of the big vacs are). Too big to carry in my van all day so use a Nilfisk from Argos now.Interestingly I've also got a lower powered vac from Lidl which sucks better than the Nilfisk and only cost me about £60!
The filters on vacs are only for trapping dust (fine saw dust etc.) so it's not blown back out of the exhaust into the air for you to breathe in, particularly in an enclosed area.So for gutter cleaning the filters don't really serve a purpose so I would remove filter if possible.
