Hi Guys

Had a phone call from one of our letting agents this afternoon ( we have been dealing with them for about 5 yrs).... on & off.
The guy at the other end of the phone wanted a quote for a 3x bedroom property, I gave him a guide price approx £230. He then said ok if I add on £50 quid make it £280... I thought he was having a laugh! ( he wasn't) . Told him so.. He still quoted to the landlord £280.... needless to say we didn't get the job.
Anyone else get this 'hassle'!... I know kickbacks are out there? We just prefer to do a good job for a fair price.
