Be careful!
Regulations are in force about run-off into rain water drains. Strictly speaking, the waste should be recycled, or at least recovered and disposed of correctly. Generally speaking there can be large amounts of fat and oil contaminents - You will not be popular with the local water boards if you allow the waste into their drains!

Keith Andy
George has not asked any direct questions so not sure what he needs to know.
The regulations are very clear you need to carry waste water and be able to recycle it.
You need a waste carriers licence and a consent to discharge.
With any decent wheelie bin cleaning equipment on the market none of this is any problem.
Its only a problem if you think you can turn up with an IBC tank and pressure washer in the back of a van and wash the bins in the street then its a £20k fine.
for each offence.
For £99 per week we can supply a new van fully kitted out with our Eliminator package and complete with operations manual on how to run and operate a wheelie bin washing business.
Cheers
