only had frost once this year so far but when ever we do the inside of my windscreen is usually more frozen than the outside, has anyone got any ideas to stop this, I have never been able to solve this problem

When I know it's going to get below freezing I just put an electric heater in the van.

im assuming you don't have a bulkhead separating the cab and the cargo area, the cargo area tends to have a lot of moist air due to all the water we carry, especially if there are any leaks, which causes a lot of condensation, so separating the two areas is a good idea and should eradicate your problem

ive got a steel bulk head in my transit connect but it still freezes inside of windscreen sometimes

 you sure? blanket over the screen will stop the ice on both sides.

I've got a fog wash portable shower in van so put a small heater in back of van on a timer an hour before we leave so it's all defrosted and warm and toasty
