ill risk it mate for a few days.just got 4 weekly maintenance cleans to do.dark nights and lots of wind and rain at the moment so i dont think itll be a problem really.

im using the 41 tds water tomorrow.sod emptying the tank!ill check my work as i go.im using hot water so i dont know whether that will reduce the chance of spotting.ill blade ground floors just to be on the safe side though.

my water today must of been 35+ without me knowing and i had no spotting problems with the windows i checked after they d dried.

tomorrow and sat i will just fill the tank with water straight out of my tap.i certainly wont be blading upper windows though!! ;D

I would check your tap tds just to make sure it's not gone up,  mine was around 90 then around about this time last year it shot up to 250.

A couple of tips. I put a dog ear in the bottom corner of my diary and write 'resin changed' on that date, it usually lasts upto 6 weeks before it needs changing. My resin lasts for just about 3 vessel fills. On the 2nd fill I order another bag. I swirl the 2nd vessel before every tank fill. You can tell when your resin is on the way out as when you swirl the vessel, the water moves around more freely. Simple and effective.
We look at them, they look through them.

I text you about exactly this the other week didn't I Daz? I'm sure the tulsion resin is getting worse and worse quality.

I've had crap bags of Tulsion from Doug - doesn't make any difference where it comes from it's luck of the draw. Fantastic resin when it first came out then last year I had some diabolical bags of the stuff. Last bag from Gardiners has been brill but it's nothing to do with the stockists.

IAN ive ALWAYS bought my resin from pure freedom and to be honest its always been ok until this bag!

DAVE i always use double DI when my first resin vessel starts to creep up normally

TREV i checked my tap tds as soon as i checked my tank.31 as normal.

BUNGLE i always shake my resin vessels every evening before i connect them up for purifying.

DEEEGE where did you get your fresh  resin from in the end?
